The Parable of the groom, husband
God said in Hosea 2:19-20 that as our groom He will betroth us (the chosen people) to Him.
하나님은 호세아 2장 19-20절에 신랑으로서 우리(선민)에게 장가든다 하셨고
In Jeremiah 31:32 God said He became a husband to Israel, led them out of Egypt, and made a covenant with them.
예레미야 31장 32절에는 하나님이 이스라엘의 남편이 되어 애굽에서 인도하셨고 언약하셨다고 했다.
The five foolish virgins in the Bible Matthew 25 1-13
In Matthew 22, Jesus is referred to as the groom at a wedding banquet, and in Matthew 25, the believers are referred to as brides with Jesus as their bridegroom to come.
Also, in Revelation 19, it is stated that Jesus will have a wedding banquet.
또 예수님은 마태복음 22장에 예수님이 혼인 잔치 집 신랑이라 하셨고, 또 마태복음 25장에는 성도들을 신부라 하고 예수님은 신랑으로 오신다고 하셨다. 그리고 계시록 19장에는 예수님이 혼인 잔치를 한다고 하였다.
Let’s look at an anecdote as an example for further explanation.
The man who sent the letter went out to that promised location on the promised day at the promised time, however, the woman, the bride-to-be, was not present.
Even when the whole day passed she did not come. The man, thinking the woman had given up on the wedding, returned home.
결혼 약속 편지를 보낸, 신랑 될 총각은 편지의 약속대로 그 날 그 장소로 그 시간에 갔으나 신부 될 처녀가 나오지 않았다. 해가 져도 오지 않았다. 하여 결혼을 포기한 줄 알고 총각은 돌아갔다.
Although the woman received the letter, she could not read and left the letter in her room.
Her mistake was that she did not reveal her ignorance of not being able to read because of her pride and therefore was not able to meet her groom.
If she had asked someone to read the letter for her as soon as she received it, she would have known the content and married her groom.
처녀는 편지 배달부로부터 편지를 받았으나, 글을 알지 못해 그 편지를 방에 두었다. 이 처녀의 잘못은 글을 알지 못한 것과 무관심과 자기 자존심 때문에 자기의 무식을 다른 사람에게 노출시키지 않으려 했으므로 신랑을 맞이하지 못한 것이다. 편지를 받은 즉시 누구에게 보여 물어 보았더라면 약속을 알고 결혼했을 것이다.
The Reason One must Know the promise of the New Testament
If we do not understand the meaning of Jesus’ letter (the New Testament Scriptures) and do not ask others due to our pride, then when Jesus, our groom, comes, we will not be able to meet him like the foolish virgins in the Matthew 25.
예수님의 편지인 신약 성경의 뜻을 잘 알지 못하면서 자존심 때문에 타인에게 물어 알려고도 하지 않고 있다가, 신랑 예수님이 오실 때 맞이하지 못하는 꼴이 될 것이다.
God surely fulfills what He promises!
God fulfilled what He had promised with Abraham at the time of Moses, and He fulfilled all the promises He had made with the Old Testament prophets at the time of Jesus’ first coming.
Just like that, what’s promised in the New Testament is being fulfilled.
하나님께서 아브라함과의 약속은 모세 때 이루셨고, 구약 선지자들과의 약속은 예수님 초림 때 다 이루셨다. 이와 같이 신약 성경에 약속한 것도 이루고 있다.
God and Jesus promised the New Testament. And Jesus said that he made prophecies so people can believe when the prophecies become fulfilled (Jn 14:29).
하나님과 예수님은 신약을 약속하셨다. 그리고 예수님은 일이 이루기 전에 예언한 것은 이룰 때 보고 믿게 함이라고 하셨다.
Have you perceived, believed, and kept the new covenant Jesus prophesied?
One who does not know, believe, or keeps the new covenant will not go to heaven. It is the sin to change the meanings and the physical entities of the promises and to teach them incorrectly, or to have the incorrect knowledge. Such an action is the act of sowing the false doctrine.
This is why every person must check what they have heard and learned.
예수님이 예언하신 새 언약을 깨달아 믿고 지켰는가? 이를 알지도 믿지도 지키지도 못하면 천국 못 가고, 이 약속의 뜻과 실체들을 다른 것으로 바꾸어 가르치거나 잘못 알고 있으면 죄 중에 죄가 되고, 이는 거짓 교리를 뿌리는 처사이다. 하여 자신이 듣고 배운 것에 대해 점검을 해봐야 한다.
Those who block people from learning Revelation do so out of their fear of having their own false testimonies exposed.
It is written in Dn 12:4, “Many will go here and there to increase in knowledge.”
I want the believers to know and to believe about the new covenant (Revelation) what promised with Jesus’ blood.
계시록을 배우지 못하게 하는 것은 자기들의 거짓 증거가 드러날까 해서이다. 다니엘 12장 4절에 “성도가 왕래함으로 지식이 더해진다.”고 하셨다. 천국에 들어가기 위해 신약 성경 말씀을 공부하자. 나는 신앙인들이 예수께서 피로 약속하신 새 언약(계시록)을 알고 믿기를 바란다.
